J-110 ! Premier Fil D’actu !

Je m’attends à longue période creuse, sans nouvel d’IS, mais en faite non, car j’ai plein de choses a leurs demander, ça alimentera mes mail d’informations utile.

Donc aujourd’hui j’ai reçu un mail, me pré confirmant mon application, en me remerciant d’avoir accepté et blablabla, mais surtout le faite que j’avais une Caution de 150 euros pour confirmer ma participation, qui sera du vol que IS me réserves.

Alors ça c’est fort en chocolat ! Hier ils me demandaient de répondre en disant si je prenais mon vol avec eux ou non, ce à quoi j’ai répondu non, car je book qu’avec ma compagnie. Je comprends qu’ils prennent une caution pour s’assurer qu’on ne les lâchera pas mais quand même c’est idiot comme processus par moment ! Mais bon j’ai fini par prendre l’habitude des questions et processus idiot …

Donc je me suis empresser d’aller payer ma caution sur le site sécurisé, enfin empressé, j’ai ouvert le lien, et j’ai payé 3h plus tard. 3 mois et 21 jours, je ne suis pas presser, mais eux si, à payé avant le 14 février !

Enfin bref, la caution est payée, j’ai reçu une notification écran avec un numéro de paiement, donc je n’ai pas de soucie quand à ma place ! Cependant, je vais leurs envoyé un mail avec ce numéro (on sait jamais lol) et puis j’ai une question très importante concernant l’avions, en prenant le vol par moi-même, je le prends AVANT d’avoir le visa ou APRES ?

Voici une copie du mail reçu, en anglais, sans nom, numéro et adresse comme d’hab ^^ :

"Dear Candidate,

We are glad that you accepted your departure date and position for the Walt Disney World - Summer Program.

In order to participate in the program, you'll need to obtain a J1 Visa. Our agency will help you in all the steps of the process to obtain it. Please note that most of the administrative process will be done in the month preceding your departure.

**** If during you interview, you were unable to provide any of the following documents, please email them to us as soon as possible:
- Proof of Student Status Form
- Accreditation Letter
- Criminal Background Check
- Copy of your passport

IMPORTANT: Your departure is contingent upon the reception of the documents required for your visa by the deadline, as well as the approval of your visa at the US Embassy.

In order to confirm your departure, you must pay the 150 Euros deposit. You'll receive shortly an email from our secured payment website in order to process with the online payment by credit card (check regulary the "Spam" in your mail box). Please note that this deposit needs to be paid by Monday February 14th.

In the 2months preceding your departure, you'll receive your Disney Package by post mail. It will include all the information regarding your departure and the administrative process to get ready (Visa, medical insurance...)

Do not forget to let us know if any of your contact information changes (phone number, postal address, email), in order to make sure that we can always contact you easily.
